Packaging and Tracking

All our packages are sent fully insured for the value of the contents and are packaged in secure and plain packaging for your peace of mind.  You will be provided with a unique tracking number for each package.  This will be sent to you via email once the parcel is dispatched.  You will then be able to track your package via the Royal Mail web site using their Track and Trace service.

The package will have to be signed for, so please ensure there is someone at home to receive the package.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of funds clearing.  Orders are sent on weekdays only, any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following week.  We are also able to accommodate requests for deliveries on specific dates.  Please get in touch with one of our team if you have any special delivery requirements.

Delivery Options to the UK

ATTENTION – as we are experiencing unprecedented demand all new orders will be processed and shipped within 5 – 10 working days.

All orders qualify for free insured delivery via Royal Mail and will be dispatched within two working days after receipt of funds. For added security the parcel  will have to be signed for. Any orders with single items over £15,000 in value will require a special delivery. We will contact you to make the necessary arrangements if this service is required.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped and where available a tracking number will be provided.  You can then track your delivery on the Royal Mail web site.

All parcels remain fully insured until delivered to your address.

International Shipping Destinations

The fully insured shipping option is only available to the UK. My Gold Platform is able to ship to many other countries through special arrangements, please contact us on [email protected] if you require shipping to any other region or country.
